Guided Walking Tours

One of the best ways to take in the magic of Larnaka is to experience it on foot, with an informative and interesting guided tour.
-The cluster of protected buildings of the colonial period including the Municipal Art Gallery and Larnaka Historic Archives Museum.
-The landmarks, buildings and interactive monuments along the palm-tree Foinikoudes Promenade, including statues and busts of the Larnaka Storytelling Statues, the medieval castle (fort) and Kebir (Buyuk) Tzami Mosque.
- Piale Pasha sea walkway, up to the Larnaka Art Workshops Neighbourhood to visit the craftsmen in the traditional streets.
-The most important Byzantine monument surviving in Cyprus, Saint Lazarus Church.
- Some of the city’s main museums and historical buildings, including Zouchouri Square, Pierides Museum - Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation and Kyriazis Medical Museum (inside museum visits depend on schedule of the day).
- The walk ends at Larnaka Municipal Market where participants can then browse the traditional stalls or enjoy a coffee in the town centre!
- All walking tours are led by a licensed guide.
- Booking is not essential, but please turn up at the meeting point 15 minutes earlier.
