The Larnaka Tourism Board offers a bonus for guests staying in Larnaka’s hotels & apartments during winter (November-March) which is a free excursion to Larnaka’s traditional villages!

The excursions are held every Saturday from 9 am until 3 pm and will take you to a journey through authentic village life. Starting with a visit to the picturesque village of Lefkara, you will be welcomed in true Cypriot style with a drink and a traditional treat. A guided tour of the local attractions captures the spirit and rich history of the village as it takes you through the narrow streets where the women hand-make lace. At the next stop of Tochni, breathtaking natural views greet you. During a tour of this pretty village with its old stone architecture, you will get to take part in a traditional cooking session that recreates the authentic flavours of the island.
